trees in ice & snowOK, so crazy snow is now a part of our lives.  I mean seriously, I have seen enough of the white stuff for the next five years.  I usually like snow.  But I think that there can be too much of a good thing. Certainly the East Coast has had more than their fair share this year. New York had avoided the trouncing that the many of the mid-Atlantic states had been subjected to.  One big storm became a rain event for us.  But this time, we got hit!

Ruthmarie,  I don't envy you guys but its almost spring.  Somebody once told me that a late snowfall is poor man's fertilizer.  The greatest concern will be the melting and the runoff with the streams overflowing etc.  I use to go to the Catskills a lot when I was young and remember the ravaged paths of water from heavy melting snow.

Ruthmarie:

I am with you. I have had quite enough.  It is coming down right now in Massachusetts. We will have to leave the snow tires on for a bit longer.
