Last month in Las Vegas, local new homes builder was honored by the National Association of Home Builders for "Best Product Design of a Single Family Detached Home".
The award was given for the new Solaris collection @ Daybreak, South Jordan Utah.
Solaris homes in Daybreak are solar and thermal powered homes that feature innovative modern architecture at very reasonable prices.
These New Homes for sale just outside of Salt lake City feature 3 and 4 bedrooms and two car garages starting at $206,900.
Garbett says that New Home Buyers @ Daybreak will cut their monthly power bill by about 25% while being polution free.. All of the time.
The Solaris collection of homes also have a 100% energy star rating for the "cool roofs", high efficiency insulation and low emission windows.
The sales center and model homes are open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Mon thru Sat.
