Project - Robot R2D2
A Robot project was recently given as homework assignment for my 1st grader. Build a robot and write about it. No more instruction was delivered Free ideas. My son was set for R2D2 (a walking one). Having a creative husband sometimes could be beneficial. In this scenario it helped a lot. He decided to use a reverse osmosis tank that just broke. Wrapped around with aluminum foil along with my baking dish on the top, a few old toys and R2D2 ready. Looks just like from the Star Wars. Need to mention that screwing, grinding, spraying and detailing took them around 20 hours. It was worth it. It made my son very proud and happy. He was a star for the day.
