Today I was invited to a home buyer/seller seminar that was being conducted by Century 21 AAA Realty in Clinton, Maryland. I have to say I was impressed with the event as it brought together a number of professionals in the real estate field that discussed the benefits of their services and how it can help buyers and sellers. It was a great way to network with other professionals as well as with potential clients. The realtor team that put this seminar together had never invited a home stager before and after I gave my powerpoint presentation I had them all convinced that home staging is a must do when selling a home.
I wanted to blog about this as this is a good way for other real estate agents to network with other professionals but also inform their clients and their community about the various professional services that are important in the buying and selling of a home, home staging included. I am so glad that Century 21 AAA Realty invited me to particpate as I was able to contribute to the success of the seminar as well as learn from it and meet some professionals that I can put on my vendors list to recommend to my clients. I would love to be part of more of these seminars so all of you Northern VA, DC and MD realtors let's do it! For all the realtors in other places you should think about the same if you haven't done so already and don't forget to invite the home stager!
