Twice Baked Potatos...hot off the grill...
My son gave me this recipe...clean a large baked potato....wrap in foil and put on the grill for about 30 minutes. Take it off. Slice it in half and scoop out the middle with a spoon. Mix the tater with butter, garlic and about a 1/4 cup of your favorite micro brew. Then put it back in the peel and wrap it up. Put it back on the grill for another 20 minutes. I like to add a little sour cream and chives, then serve. Be sure to eat the peal also...that is where all the nutrician and taste is.
