While it was so good to get away from Syracuse NY to get a break from the cold wintry weather it is equally good to come home after learning so much at the Keller Williams Family Reunion. This is their annual convention. Time to recharge you batteries, refocus your business and raise the altitude on the attitude.
Well I am here to tell you it worked. Everyone of the agents in our Keller Williams Syracuse office who attended stated they could not wait to return to their homes and their businesses to try all the new things that they learned.
I am here to tell you that I learned so much about blogging and your Google Search Engine Optimization. Therefore our office will be hosting a weekly blogging workshop so that all agents interested in setting aside the time to blog will attend weekly. The goal here is to get their personal websites in the rankings for Google.
You see at Keller Williams each agent has their own agent site with IDX solution bringing them the leads directly to their email in-boxes. So now that they have the tools they need to be visible and drive traffic to their sites. No other company that I know of does that for their agents. Realtors with other companies are so surprised to see that the leads that come in from their agent sites go directly to the office and then is handed out to whoever is next on the brokers list. MY LISTINGS MY LEADS.
So many of us think we know all the answers and we really don't take the opportunity to listen and learn. The one thing that I have learned from Keller Williams is attend all the trainings you can (even if you think you already know it) listen carefully to what others have to tell you and keep an open mind,
