Mr. & Mrs. Seller - Do You Really Want To Sell Your CT Pre Foreclosure Home?
We're all experiencing much more frustrations in setting appointments to show homes that are a CT pre foreclosure and today was no exception for me.
I'm working with a buyer with specific needs for her next home purchase. With her mom getting on in years my client is looking for either a single family home with a possible in-law or a two-family home. We looked at one home yesterday with a full-in law apartment which she is considering.
This morning my client emailed me about a two family home listed as a CT pre foreclosure she wanted to take a look at today after 3 pm. I emailed her back that I would call the listing office to set up the showing and would get back to her once I had confirmation.
The showing instructions stated that I needed to call the office to set up the showing. When I called, I spoke to the floor duty agent on call and asked if I could show the property today at 3 pm. When he went to check on the showing instructions, he was a bit taken back as was I when he told me that showings were to be scheduled only Monday-Friday after 5pm and no weekends. Excuse me!! Does this seller really want to sell this property?
Mr. & Mrs. Seller.....if you're upside down on your home and have to do a short sale, why on earth are you making it so difficult for a very qualified and ready to buy buyer to see your home?
