Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice - NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS

It is unfortunate that I was not able to post the entire document of Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice
of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS ® Surely we all comply strictly by those Codes but sometimes, here and there, we are facing situation where a guidance is necessary... Not that we are bad people but honest misinterpretation of the Code can occur.

My intention was to give bring up and make available to all the latest, revised and complete version -Effective January 1, 2007 - of Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice

Hi Arina, in a past life were you a teacher?

So many real estate agents are unaware of the "Code of Ethics" which NAR has. They, agents, are also unaware of the many rules and regulations which their local association have implemented for them to follow. In addition to that many agents are unaware as to how they can participate in being a part of creating these rules and regulations.

Thanks for sharing the word on our Code of Ethics. I will now begin to create my thoughts and post them relating to this topic.
