Sales activity in South Valley Ranch, a master-planned community in Henderson, NV was encouraging for the 2nd quarter of 2007. Sixteen homes and five condos closed from April 1 to June 30, compared to only 3 homes and 5 condos in the 1st quarter.
High inventory levels of 30 homes and 11 condos (plus 3 homes and 2 condos with accepted offers) continue to make this a challenging time for sellers. Competitive pricing and great showing condition will determine which homes receive offers. Homes in South Valley Ranch still remain very affordable relative to the overall Las Vegas market.
