Spring is in the air!!! "NOT!!"

This winter in the Texas Panhandle has been a record breaking year for Amarillo and surrounding areas! I can't remember it being this cold for this long in a long, long time!

I'm ready for winter to be OVER!!!

Amarillo Homes are still moving, just not at such a rapid pace! High end properties seem to have slowed for the past couple of years but the medium price range homes are still moving pretty well!

I'd love to hear your experience in this market! If you've bought or sold a home in the past two years, I'd like to hear from you! How was your experience!

Johnny ~ I am over the cost and wet. TX isn't used to snow. lo We have been indited. I will retire South for the winter. Sunshine and warm are always good!

Oh to be able to go south but winter will soon be over......I hope!!! I will retire south of Texas when I can! About 5 years I'd like to find a nice little beach front retirement community in South Mexico somewhere!! Enjoy!!
