Searching for EcoBroker on Google is how I found Active Rain, a pleasant surprise and BONUS!  There don't appear to be many EcoBrokers out there....yet.  I took the plunge and am on track with their curriculum. 

The program focuses on energy efficiency and "green" houses.  They have a wealth of links and information regarding asbestos, radon, lead paint, etc. - far more than provided in disclosure classes at a local level.

Tony, the amout of towns you list is much too long. makes your blogs harder to read. More is not better in this case.
