I used those for a while. They were 1) very expensive 2) very easily broken and 3) never had anyone call me because of them. Don't get me wrong, for a WOW factor, they look great but I don't think they are cost effective and a reflective metal sign actually seems to show as good and is a whole lot more durable! I do love the way they look though!

Thanks folks for the comments. To answer your questions, Wanda and Michael are right on the idea. I not only want my listing to stand out, but I want to stand out also. Everything that I do, that others don't do, gives me an edge. That's where I want to be. I don't know of anyone on Staten Island doing a true audio video presentation. I do. See my other posts. Ken, in my more mischievious days while slightly affected by libations, I might actually have called that number at 2 or 3 in the morning to request a showing. Would you have answered the phone? As noted above, the reflective sign seems to work and most people looking for a home would be on the computer looking at all of the inside photos, but if it works congratulations!

Ed;  The light is  programed to go on at dusk, and shut off either 3 or 5 hours after that.  I program it according to the season.  The 800# is a pre recorded messaging system, it will send you a fax report on command, and notify me in my email and text message.  My phone is off at 9 PM, so it will not wake me up from my beauty sleep.  Thanks for the comment.
