I am very pleased with my homebuying experience. From the first time I spoke with Stephanie she was very accommodating with sending me lists of homes and scheduling time to go view those homes with me. Stephanie was very patient every step of the way, even when the homebuying process became little tedious and small items needed to be worked out. When a problem arose with the appraisal, Stephanie, along with mortgage broker Craig Nesbitt, negotiated with the builder to get the price reduced. Craig was there to put my mind at ease, especially when the closing date kept being pushed back, he stepped in and had the closing date moved up to get me into my new home before Christmas. On closing day Stephanie even went out of her way and drove on the other side of town just to give me the Buyer's Incentive, which was a % of her commission. I was very pleased to receive that check right after closing.
