I am posting my first picture of my recent vacation to Egypt. It was my 2nd trip there but this trip opened up my senses and made me realize many things.

When you have a bad day around the house. Whether you are a man or woman nobody likes house work. This will make you think.

Egyptian Women washing clothes

Yes that is women washing clothes in the Nile River. So when you start to complain about putting dishes in the dishwasher or taking out the garbage. Get a life. Be thankful you live in the USA! Ah to buy a house with a dishwasher or not takes on a whole new meaning

It's unfortunate the things we take for granted , and our kids are worse.

The sad thing is, I'm sure those woman in the river are thankful because they know of people who have it worse than them.

I am SOOOO with you on this post! One of my pet peeves - especially in our blessed country - is ingratitude. I'm very aware and very thankful for the blessings in my life - and strangely enough I had that thought about the dishwasher the other day as I was putting away the dishes - I promptly scolded myself and said thanks!
