Located in the Lakeside Marina area along Muskegon Lake. This area has nice shops and restaurants and neighborhood pubs. This cottage is located about 5 blocks from the Cross Lake Ferry Dock. There is a public launch ramp for your boat 600 feet away. On the main floor there is a large kitchen, a dining area and a living room with a TV with Cable a deck outside the front door. The tiled 3-season porch is great for reading and relaxing and could be used as a sleeping room. There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor and a full bath. Downstairs is a large bedroom with another bath with a stand up shower and a laundry area. The front yard of the house is beach grass and Lake Michigan sand. The back yard is grass fenced in yard with you own fire fire pit and a view of Muskegon Lake about 400 feet. From the property . A perennial garden where you can to pick fresh flowers. WI-FI included. Brand new paved bike trail along the Lake.

Muskegon Summer Celebration
This 10 day festival in June/July is held during the July 4th holiday every year, that brings national music acts of all backgrounds to Muskegon's Heritage Landing.

Unity Christian Music Festival
Held at Heritage Landing yearly in August, The Unity Christian Music Festival is a three day festival, focused on the best in Christian music, but also including great food, fellowship and family fun! The Festival was started to bring Christians together for public praise, worship and fellowship; to provide a wholesome, family valued entertainment alternative and to raise funds and recruit volunteers for area Christian ministries.
Michigan Irish Muskegon Festival
Held at Heritage Landing in September, this event brings the best in Irish music to Muskegon and features a pub crawl through the pubs of downtown Muskegon.
