I listed a Short Sale in Indio 2 days ago and was inundated with 8 offers within 48 hours! All pre-approved, VA or FHA loans and cash..this was in the price point so many buyers are looking at in the Coachella Valley area..$150,000 and below. That inventory has seen a huge drop, and small price increases in La Quinta and several areas of the Valley. Good news for us all!
