The information just got better & better! The topic today was PROFIT! Here are my TOP 10 ideas from day 4!
- Remember... there is a direct correlation between the money we earn and the service we give other people. If you are in this business "short of money", it means you simply have not given the type of service to other people that they want.
- Our ego keeps us from doing what we are supposed to do... from changing our behavior and learning what we need to learn.
- One of the reasons agents do not earn more money is that they give away their services. Your knowledge, your skills and your time are the most valuable assets we have... don't give them away.
- If you're skating on thin ice... skate real fast!
- Make peace with imperfection. (This one is really hard for me, but I recognize it must be done).
- Make customer service your obsession... it will bring you more business and income. Remember, great service creates profits, repeat business and referrals.
- Remember your biggest expense is always the ego. Ego and profitability are NOT close friends. If you want to satisfy a big ego and create big profits... your money is heading in opposite directions.
- Look closely at your net spendable profit, rather than your gross income.
- Look for little successes every day.
