The business of real estate

Real estate calls are down, but positive things are happening. When things are slow,  I get to spend more time with the wife and take the opportunity to pray more. The good book says that good gifts are from the Father above, so I'm preparing myself to receive them. For buyers, one good thing about a slow market is the opportunities to get a property at much less than the asking price.
