Thankful Thursdays: Another GOOD reason to wear a helmet!

As I entered the intersection, I wondered why traffic had come to a stop. Everyone was at a standstill and the light kept changing without movement. I started looking for reasons why everyone was stalled. I couldn't see anything impeding traffic in front of the line of cars and then I looked in my rear view mirror.

I was SHOCKED and HORRIFIED to see a motorcycle completely underneath a vehicle! And then I saw the mtorcycle rider on the side of the road getting treatment from an off-duty medic.

Thank goodness, he was okay, he was wearing a helmet!

Please be safe out there and pay attention to road conditions as they can change in a split second!
