Richard, Wow, it's good to see that your market is improving. How's the weather there?
Hi Sandy, the weather is 75 degrees with sprinkles at the moment. But as with Florida, wait 5 minutes and it will likely be sunny with people headed to the beach! Unfortunately we Realtors don't get nearly as much beach time as we would like as we work too much.
