6 Comments on Can We All Just Chip In And Get CHASE Some New Fax Machines!
I love it! I thought I was the only one who had problems getting through on Chase's fax numbers! I spoke with another short sale Realtor today that is having the same issue & I guess one of the main negotiators is no longer there. That was the only fax number that worked! Wow!
Don, does this mean you're sending the donation?
Hi Kevin, I have two short sales sellers with Wells Fargo, both are VA. Lost both of the first buyers because they dragged their feet. Now they can't figure out what to do with the short sale VA appraisals because they are 120 days old, and our market has declined since then. So, either do new seller VA appraisals or adjust for time value. But, no that would be toooo easy. UGH - these short sales are killing us! So, we are literally hanging in limbo on both of them! Unbelievable!
VA like FHA appraisals are on file (registered) for 6 months I believe and that can be a problem in a declining market. After getting the first few under my belt they don't seem too bad. It's a process just like so many other things in this business. Good Luck Sandy!
LOL at this post and not so LOL at the same time! Maybe they need to go to equator. Nevermind someone already did that and that's not working out so well for them!
Renee, I can hear your laughter from here. NOT! Don't forget to send your check?
