When Homeownership Is Right

So you've thought about buying a house over, and over again. Your mom told you that now is a good time to buy. Your best friend bought her first house. You envision, time and again, living in your own home with a backyard, upstairs and downstairs, and pulling into your garage. So what's keeping you from jumping onto your path of homeownership?
If you're second guessing whether you should take advantage of today's real estate economy, ask yourself any of these questions: Will there ever be another time in American history where interest rates will be as low as they are today? Will I ever see real estate prices like these again? Will the government give another incentive as the $8,000 tax credit that is currently in place? And finally, Can I live with myself if I didn't take advantage of the market when it was such as this..."the perfect storm?"
With the tax credit about to expire in upcoming April (you must contract no later than April 30th, and close by June 30th), and talks about interest rate hikes in the near future, I can tell you, NOW is the best time to JUST DO IT!
