Hello Tony & Darcy and if I am not mistaken I saw these condos for sale several years ago between 100-150K, and if this is true 47.9 is a great price!

Bob, These are they, it is a great price for someone to come in and pick up a great condo in a great area. This particular one is also already contracted for a couple of weeks a year for RCI time shares.
