I have owned and loved this house for 24 years now. I have upgraded the electrical from 100 to 200 amps, the intake and sewage pipes were replaced in 2004, all the siding with new gutters and downspouts were installed in 2002, a new furnace in 2004, new roofs in 2002, Flagstone walkways and landscaped with easy exterior maintenance!

The thing I liked most about owning this house is that I have had a place to live with making little or no mortgage payments through the 24 years of ownership. And because of my caring for it so well the apartments are easy to rent, great location for colleges, stores and churches. Everything is so convenient.
