Home sales in Highland Hills, a community in North Las Vegas, NV kept a steady pace in the second quarter of 2007. Eleven homes closed in the 2nd quarter, matching the results from the first quarter.
Existing resale inventory of 33 homes (plus 2 with accepted offers) represents about a 25% increase and further establishes this as a buyers market. With so much competition, sellers need to price aggressively and be sure that their home is in top showing condition. Homes in Highland Hills offer good value per square foot relative to the Las Vegas valley.
