Today Our company ,BCR..... is putting out hundreds of new signs !

Since we began a new partnership this week with another local company ,we are now one of the largest and most experienced companies in town...an independent, non franchise, local, hometown , homegrown , full service  company. As these new signs go out I am certain the impact will be big , because that are a lot of signs with the new name on them.  

In the real estate business, there is a key word to remember that matters so much..... MARKET SHARE 

 We hope that this share will continue to grow and expand, as that is the plan. I encourage all agents in our area considering a change to consider that one item before they decide on a new broker. Think Market Share!  It makes emails fly and telephones ring!

Oh and that market share thing.....well it  sure helps sellers Too!

Best wishes in your new venture...I think we will see a lot more amalgamations, as the real estate industry continues to experience the shifts/changes that occurred much earlier in the car industry, travel industry, equity side of investment, etc.    It's the internet.....
