I'm going down a road I've tried to create pieces for, but never got the whole package - YET. Trying to make it work now.
In Wichita Kansas, I don't get access to many of the "Complete" package deals. Something that has full site integration, lead distribution, good capture systems, and more. Now, I think I've found 3 pieces that will pull this together.
1st piece - Search properties and lead collection. I'm returning to iHomefinder. Good search for clients, Great control for lead collection, affordable, and works with LOTS of other providers.
2nd piece - I need to distribute to my agents, track their results, and provide drip email for MY clients. Realtiva.com seems to have my answers. Does a lot more, prospects for my agents, accounting funtctions, email newsletter. Affordable.
3rd - I'm working on a new website design. Voyager 360 with Bart Wilson as my point man. Bart talks my lingo, and is VERY current on the latest technology. He's starting some preliminary designs.
BIG projects, lots of things to tackle, and I'll report back here OFTEN on progress. BUT, I've now got 3 suppliers who play well together, and play OFTEN together. Not an easy task, and STILL keep things affordable!!!
