When they discover that another bidder wants the house, they are pressured to bid immediately, so they actually make an offer that's more than the asking price to be competitive. While that tactic lands them the contract, an inspector turns up trouble in the backyard."

Thanks for your comments ... the challenge was giving the homebuying couple what they want within the show's budget, and making it look good on TV.  After interviewing the couple to determine their style preferences and color choices, there was a lot of shopping involved. We had their furniture custom made at a local furniture manufacturer in just 10 days!

Hi Maureen, I finally got a chance to take a look at this episode.  FUN!  I can't believe that you were able to have custom-made furniture for them.  It was awesome..I want some!   Glad that these people were fun to work with and certainly "peanuts" was a cutie.

These episodes do replay fairly often ... and the time it plays depends on who your service provider is.  Peanut was so cute!  He seemed to like his new "bed" and also the colorful area rug!
