I agree 100%. Those are also the things that will drive referrals from previous clients! Nothing beats a good reputation for a Realtor and the agency associated with.

Abosultely agree! We realized this early on in the business, thank goodness. I wanted to add that I also think, in this market in particular, maintaining a POSITIVE attitude especially when communicating with our clients is essential with all the "Doom and Gloom" being projected by so many different sources.
