Daylight Saving Time always begins on the second Sunday of March and ends on the first Sunday of November.

This means that next Sunday, March 14, 2010, at 2:00 a.m. - you set the clocks ahead one hour. (Spring forward)

And on Sunday, November 7, 2010, at 2:00 a.m. - you set the clocks back an hour. (Fall back

I always love getting that extra hour of day light.

I like the extra hour of daylight, but I hate losing an hour of sleep :)

Richard, Thanks for the reminder I love Standard time I wish they would just keep it that way.  I do like that extra hour but I most of the time wake up early for about a week.
