Building with Clients in the Charlottesville Real Estate market

Today I drove out to see one of the homes I am having built with my clients in Old Trail.

Seeing a home go from conception to plans to foundation to framing (you get the picture) is very exciting. Since my clients are not local to the area, I want them to see the progress and I also like being there for all the inspections.

it is a great time to build in the Charlottesville area and I am always available to help

I am certain you take care of the custom home clients. Folks don't realize how complex building can be. Lots of decision and detail.

This is an exciting time for both you and your clients Charles! It's amazing to see the building process come alive once it starts going vertical! The best to your clients, may they absolutely love their new home!

Charles: Reminds me of all the photos I took of my home when it was under construction. I had serious doubts that it would turn out the way it did. Houses don't look very nice when they are under construction, but everything comes together at the end.

Charles, I have to agree....watching a "vision" actually come to life is amazing! I am doing it myself on a project.

Charles, it is very exciting to help clients through the custom new building development phase. Nothing can replace the opportunity to have it like you like it! Great post! You are doing so well, my friend in Charlottesville!

I bet your clients enjoy getting the photo updates of the progress.

Charles, there is something so exciting about new construction. My heart jumped when I saw the photo, even before I read what a wonderful job you do for your clients. If they are not there, I'm sure having you check in and be at the inspections is a huge comfort to them.

Charles - There is something exhilarating about being involved in a construction project ..... I had the honour a few years ago to be involved in a sixty unit high quality life-lease building ..... from inception through sales
