Fountain Hills has just released a cute video on their latest community effort to plant a 1,000 trees in the downtown area. The goal to green and shade up The Fountain Hills Park is a great idea. As a resident of Fountain Hills since its conception many of the towering pines and eucalyptus have been lost to our monsoon season.

The Real Estate market continues to improve in Fountain Hills. The biggest change in the market is taking place in the Custom Luxury Home. Though the Custom Luxury Home market was very soft in 2009, our office at Remax Sun Properties has sold multiple Custom Luxury Homes ranging from $900,000 to $2,000,000.
Much like the lower end of the market, the Custom Luxury Home buyer is looking for for value. But unlike the lower end, the Custom Luxury Home buyer is not willing to sacrifice quality, views and location.
