Greenwood Village Homes Market Report

After a slow month in January home sales picked up in Greenwood Village in February. Some of the older inventory moved, mainly two bank owned listings that make the average days on the market look worse than they are. One of the homes sold was on the market for over 1100 days, finally selling about 50% of the original price. The Greenwood Village real estate market barely has any bank owned properties short sales on the market.

You can find 98 homes for sale in Greenwood Village, as of March 6th, 2010. Not including condos or attached homes. Listing prices range from $305,000 to $8,900,000. The price per square foot ranges from $107 to $979 per square foot. 13 new listings came on the market in the last 30 days. There are 10 homes under contract pending sale, three of them are short sales pending lender/s approval.
