Branching out as Notary Public in the Oceanside, CA area.

I am a Notary Public. There are so many notaries in my area and the junior college just keeps pumping them out, along with other notary schools, that it is difficult to stay in business.

My experience as a Notary Public and Loan Document Signing Specialist has shown me there are many other areas that a Notary's expertise can be utilized.

Real Estate assistance? Courier to Record offices? Runner for large construction sites to City offices to verify Zoning Regulations? Etc.
