Nashville, TN - Home staging has taken the real estate industry by storm and Nashville area investors will learn how to maximize their properties when home stager, Anthea Click, speaks at the Real Estate Investors of Nashville monthly meeting on March 8, 2010.

Anthea Click will be speaking from 5:45 - 6:45pm during the club's Table Topic portion of the meeting.   The talk will focus on the 4 key elements homebuyers look for, how to develop emotion in a home and make it stand out from the competition, the benefits of staging, and how staging can maximize a property when it is for sell or rent.

The meeting is held at the Al Menah Shriners Center 1354 Brick Church Pike Nashville, TN 37201.

For a more in-depth education on home staging, Anthea Click will be holding a 3 hour class, Real Estate Staging For Investors  on Tuesday April 6, 2010. Topics for this class include a deeper discussion of  staging:  the benefits of staging, facts, trends, and statistics, how to find a stager, questions to ask, how to budget for staging, case studies, cost vs. ROI, and much more.

Real Estate Staging For Investors  will be taught at the REIN Education Center located at 2416 Music Valley Drive Suite 151, Nashville, TN 37214 from 6-9pm Tuesday April 6, 2010.

Good for you, Anthea!  It sounds like a great opportunity for your business and to spread the word about the benefits of staging.  I hope you do a follow-up to this post and let us know what kinds of questions/comments you get from the investors -- that would be very enlightening.  (Note:  I see that you serve Spring Hill!  My grandmother lived and ran an antiques shop for years in a blue victorian on the main drag in S.H.  I haven't been there in years, just wondering if it's still there?  It was to the left of a Baptist Church, if that helps!!)
