Debe - stunning house. I don't know much about your area but for the price, the square footage and the lot, I think it is a steal. Our next home that we want will be on an acre lot at least.

There's not much I can add to what's been said before me. Great value!!!
Debe.............I wish I could get over the sadness that accompanies each of these short sales. I'm pretty sure the buyers didn't intend these results. What a beautiful home, I hope your sellers get through it and move on. From my 10 years in the mortgage business during the oil bust in Texas in the 80's, it's pretty sure that future credit can be obtained.......we all have to just hang in!!!! Best wishes for a successful sale.
