Mason Ohio and Deerfield Twp. Ohio Real Estate. Active properties went down through the Holidays as they always do. Then, many of those that were taken off the market or that had expired in October, November, and December came back on the market in January. We should see an increase in March for New Listings in March that's for certain.
The number of Pending properties in Mason Ohio and Deerfield Twp. Ohio is now 141 as of March 9, 2010 (my birthday by the way). As you can see, those properties have been on the market an average of 96 days.
