What are the considerations or market opinion of the statistics you posted?

Higher price homes are selling, but less people are buying higher price homes?

The market has already seen the worst of times?

Michael, as long as the house is priced right, there are buyers for them. It appears that even with few inventory, the high end market is still doing well.

Carole, the average days on market was low because several of the homes went pending within 2 weeks! :D
