Finally, nice weather has come to the coast of South Carolina. The forecast for the week has temperatures in the mid to high sixties with lows in the forties. After the coldest winter we have experienced since moving here in 1999, this is a welcome break. It's time for a walk on the beach and maybe a ride with the top down. Also with the nice weather, hopefully, the buyers will come and we can get some real estate sold.
