The greatest fulfillment for me is when a satisfied and loyal client calls me out of the blue for advice on the simplest of things. That's what a life-long relationship is all about!

Hi Sally! Thanks for the introduction! I love these kind of stories, they make the "not so easy" ones worth every stress-filled moment. Reading your post, it is amazing how many different items are in our to-do list for each transaction. Maybe I'll post on that. Many clients don't realize how much we do. It appears Arden does know and appreciates you.

Hi Paula!  did you read all the prior posts throughout this transaction?  If I had waited and combined all of them it would have been a super huge post!  He' s been so wonderful to work with and what kept me going with him is his persistance to stick with me...never swaying...cool.

Awesome!  What a great guy!  I had read a couple of your posts about Mr. "W" before.  It's like Golf, there's always one shot that brings you back the next time.  In Real Estate, there's always one Mr. "W" that brings you back next time and makes it easier to deal with all the jerks.

I could use a few smooth closings.  The ones I represent the buyers are almost always a smooth one.  My sellers have had a few rough ones lately with the flaky loan officers and agents.
