Mission Plaza is a large condominium complex of 325 units in eastern Mission Valley in San Diego, California.

The central location of your Mission Plaza condominium provides quick and easy access to Qualcomm Stadium, home of the San Diego Chargers, as well as world-class shopping and dining throughout Mission Valley.

Just blocks away at Fenton Marketplace there's a Costco, Lowes, Ikea, and Islands Restaurant, a new branch of the San Diego Public Library, and a San Diego Trolley station.

If you're a golfer, you'll enjoy the close proximity of your Mission Plaza condo to both the Riverwalk Golf Course and the Tecolote Canyon Golf Course.

The many paths along the San Diego River which runs through Mission Valley provides great opportunities for biking, skateboarding, roller blading, walking, or jogging.

From the central location of your Mission Plaza condo:

• Head north for a few minutes and see the harbor seals at La Jolla and the cave at La Jolla Cove, and enjoy unparalleled shopping and dining.

Mission Plaza was built in 1973. Units range in size from 616 to 1,039 square feet. Floor plans range from one bedroom and one bathroom to three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Homeowners Association dues are about $275 to $315 a month and include common area maintenance, landscaping, exterior building and roof maintenance, limited insurance, trash pickup, sewer, and water.

As of March 10, 2010, in Mission Plaza, there were no units for sale and 1 unit in pending or contingent status at $130,000. There have been no units sold in 2010.
