If you want to go to the 55 and over I can get you in under 100K for a 2 BR. we have been selling them to people who live in Canada in the summer and come here in the winter.
Neal great post. I remember when I was little that Red Buttons used to advertise for them. You really get a lot for the money. They offer a great life style for the retired people on a budget. I know they offer transportation to all the major shopping areas.

I love any place that doesn't go below '0' in December. Century Vil looks pretty tempting as a VaCa/ 2nd home spot.
Here in Pembroke Pines I have a listing at there complex and it was Red and Richard Simmons who advertised it for a long time. right near where we play golf.
