If you want to go to the 55 and over I can get you in under 100K for a 2 BR. we have been selling them to people who live in Canada in the summer and come here in the winter.

Neal great post. I remember when I was little that Red Buttons used to advertise for them. You really get a lot for the money. They offer a great life style for the retired people on a budget. I know they offer transportation to all the major shopping areas.

I love any place that doesn't go below '0' in December. Century Vil looks pretty tempting as a VaCa/ 2nd home spot.

Here in Pembroke Pines I have a listing at there complex and it was Red and Richard Simmons who advertised it for a long time. right near where we play golf.

Great post on Century Village Neal! You should do more on this type of information for retirement options for snow birds looking to move to Florida!

your pictures, do not have any information ( descriptions ) when you upload the photo, you can add information so when they put the mouse over, you will see what's going on, work on that and you will have more hits.
