So you think you're soooo cool because you have a website, huh? YOU ARE!

So when I started the social networking craze I hit everything from Facebook, Linkdin, Twitter and even Active Rain. My Space is a little crazy. Just my opinion. I did everything backwards though and forgot my website! I need to come up with something different, easy to maintain and most importantly CHEAP! I have most of the stuff laid out but was wondering if you guys had any advice. I website has to be professional yet have enough vital info to get people to come back.

Let me know what you guys have done to keep your clients loving your site!

Ummm, you're welcome!!!!

Thanks so much,

Joe,  I just met with Matt Janik, of Fringe Media.  503-753-2061.  I like what I"m hearing from him and have another follow-up appointment this coming week.  Matt is in my BNI group as well. He is working with several other Kdubs in our market center.

Thanks Joe,

It's great to hear from you! I have my site up and running but it's going to take some serious work. I published it on Friday and have already had 260 visits! I'll be using your guy once I sell and close my next home. Things are slowing down with tax season and winter months. I'll be sure to keep an eye out for your blogs on Active Rain!

Take care Joe and tell Trev and everyone else on the 4th hello,

Joe Fernald

Hi Joe,  my initial reaction in observing your work on Activerain is that you have too much energy, ideas and value for your clients to not be a big success in real estate.  Most people come up with great ideas for their business and stop there. The difference I have seen with you, is that you put your ideas into action.  You're consistently looking for ways to set yourself apart from the other agents and provide value to your clients.

I applaud you for taking action.  I would like to learn more about your goals in the business and how we can take advantage of working together to capture your unfair share of the market.  A side benefit and untapped resource of being a KW agent is that you have the opportunity to capture clients' needs or interests in commercial real estate with very little time or effort.   I'd like to discuss how you can leverage your ideas, energy and relationships to create a win/win for everyone.  Always remember, part of a commission is better than no commission at all.  Don't you agree? As you know, Trevor and I are on the 4th floor.  Next time you're in the office, please stop by.  We can also meet at the All Partners meeting Wednesday morning.  Its going to be a great meeting with Bruce Hardie speaking.
