7 Weeks Left in the Lake Geneva Real Estate 1st Time Homebuyer & Move Up Buyer Tax Credit

As you know last November the Congress extended the tax credit for 1st time home buyer tax credit. It also created a tax credit for move up buyers who have lived in their current home for 5 of the last 8 years. Unfortunately, the did set a date for this credit to expire. The time is running out on these credits.
