Picture of the new spring break in South Florida. Surf, relaxation, warm water and air. Ft. Lauderdale used to be known as the "Spring Break" capital but no more. Now it gets the relaxers. The local government reconfigured the beach and streets to make it harder to cruise, repositioned itself as not spring break friendly, and the party suddenly stopped.
This picture is just north of Ft. Lauderdale yesterday. It's a great place to retire. The government property appraiser thinks we have passed the bottom so now is the time to act! Home prices are great so think about getting that second home now so you can be ready to do Spring Break year-round when you retire!
