Often times we get so wrapped up in daily life and how much we have to do that we sometimes forget to ask the most basic questions to everyone that we come accross.
Whether it be business related or not. I had a meeting today with one of the marketing reps I'm working with to obviousley drive more business to my team.
We got on the topic of great customer service! Not good customer sevice, but GREAT!
Wouldn't you know it the number one thing that most people complain about with there loan officer or realtor is availability. The costomer said that they couldn't reach there agent. or they left messages for their loan officer and they didn't get a call back.
I only have one response to that statement. You have got to be kidding me!!! That simple question, How may I help you? Is worth it's weight in gold if you understand it.
Our job as professionals is to be available, trustworthy, honest and dependable at all times so that we can help our clients find the single most important purchase that they're going to make!
