There were 22 homes on the March 2, 2010, Palos Verdes real estate Broker's Tour. I really had to hustle to see 9 homes in the allotted 2 hour period. We currently have 189 active single family Palos Verdes homes for sales ranging in price from $745,000 in Rancho Palos Verdes 90275 to $12,800,000 in Rolling Hills 90274 (the low in Eastview is $499,000).
