A Third RainCamp is NOT like having to repeat a grade in school! Atlantic City NJ, here I come...   If I'm as smart as I think I am, why the heck do I need a third ActiveRain RainCamp?  Because I AM that bright!  I know exactly how much my business has benefited from the first two I attended. Warren County Market Reports   This snapshot of Lopatcong NJ real estate market data is based on GSMLS statistics as of February 1, 2011. I’m betting there will be late recordings, these are the statistics I can pull today for activity on Lopatcong NJ 08865 homes for sale.   Before reading TOO much into the average sale price during January, all 4 closings were for Lopatcong condos and townhomes. No single family houses closed last month. New Years Day Family Gathering - Meet Irene Kennedy's Kin   Yesterday my brother, sister and I all gathered our clan at my stepmother's home for a lovely dinner.  I lost to my nephew in a very heated game of Sorry, which Santa had brought him.  My sister Kelly and her daughter Nikki lost the Princess Memory game to my younger niece Juliana.  And I learned that Snow White has a first name!  Also got to put out a fire on the stove with an extinguisher and help Marie clean up the resulting mess. All in all, a very exciting way to roll in 2011 with the Kennedys!       May my beloved Kennedy family - and you - enjoy much health, happiness and fun in 2011.

Another Phabulous RainCamp - Phun and Phriendship in Philly phor a RainMaker   An extra special RainCamp for me because I had the company of a colleague - and friend - Sean Untamo. Every family has its ups and downs. For example, my brother broke his neck surfing on Labor Day. The promise of a full recovery became a reality yesterday when his neck brace was removed. Amen! For me, today is the time to focus on all those wonderful bits - such as a loving husband chopping onions while I do a blog post. The oven doesn't work properly but I'm grateful we have other options. At least today, I'll manage to focus on the many blessings in my life! Wishing you the same - all day long!
