Andrew - Being on the shoreline of Connecticut, I can really appreciate homes like this. Best wishes on getting it sold quickly. You just can't beat the location and those gorgeous views.
I was going to say " Andrew have you checked out Li Read" but I see she already stopped by. I read both of your blogs since you have great pictures, are excellent wordsmiths and you present interesting insights far from suburbia but are still universal in application.
